TOCICO and ISCEA Launch Strategic Partnership to Expand Global Learning and Certification Opportunities
Theory of Constraints and supply chain communities come together through reciprocal education, accreditation, professional development, and industry collaboration
September 2026 — The Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO) and the International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA) are pleased to announce the formal launch of a new Strategic Partnership designed to expand professional learning, certification, and development opportunities for their respective global communities.
The partnership brings together TOCICO's global community and expertise in the Theory of Constraints (TOC) with ISCEA's international reach in supply chain education, certification, and professional development.
At the heart of the collaboration is a shared commitment to helping professionals and organizations strengthen their capabilities, improve system performance, and apply practical approaches to some of today's most complex operational and supply chain challenges.

Creating New Learning Pathways
The first phase of the partnership will focus on reciprocal accreditation and promotion of educational and certification programs.
ISCEA, through the ISCEA International Standards Board (IISB), will begin the accreditation process for TOCICO's TOC Fundamentals Level 1 offering for applicable Professional Development Units (PDUs).
TOCICO will also introduce its community to selected ISCEA certification programs, initially including:
• CFDP – Certified Forecaster & Demand Planner
• CPSCAI – Certified Professional in Supply Chain AI
• CDDP – Certified Demand Driven Planner
• CSCTP – Certified Supply Chain Technology Professional
The two organizations will cross-promote mutually approved educational offerings through their respective websites and communication channels, helping professionals discover complementary learning opportunities across the Theory of Constraints and supply chain disciplines.

As part of the partnership, ISCEA and TOCICO will also collaborate on events and other initiatives that can provide value to their respective communities.
The partnership extends beyond individual learners. TOCICO and ISCEA intend to explore future opportunities involving corporations, universities, healthcare systems, government agencies, professional associations, and other organizations where their combined networks and expertise can create mutual value.

A Partnership Designed to Grow
The TOCICO–ISCEA Strategic Partnership has been intentionally structured to remain practical, collaborative, and flexible.
The initial 12-month partnership establishes a framework for both organizations to develop new initiatives as opportunities emerge. Additional certifications, educational offerings, events, and strategic activities can be introduced by mutual agreement as the relationship develops.
The goal is not simply to cross-promote programs, but to build a long-term relationship that creates measurable value for members, learners, certificate holders, organizations, and the broader professional communities served by TOCICO and ISCEA.
