Lean Six Sigma methods are based upon continuous improvement, quality control, and root cause analysis which are skills that most people can use in their organizations. While generalized versions of Six Sigma certification such as Yellow Belt exists, individuals who have a superior knowledge in analytics or an Industrial Engineering background are recommended to take the Green Belt Certification.

 

Since the quality of the certification is a large concern for management, ISCEA has developed an internationally accepted Certified Lean Six Sigma Certification process, which would evaluate the individuals on their current level of knowledge, not certification, and recommend the best path for them to take.
